WWE 2K12 : WINNING A LADDER MATCH
To pick up a Ladder press (x) and press the same to set it up. Once it is set up, press (x) while pointing your arrow in the direction of the ladder {make sure your ladder is aligned with the briefcase/championship}. Once you are at the top, then the glowing joystick comes in: drag up to grip the championship/briefcase and hold for some seconds and then drag down to take your title/briefcase and win the match.

WWE 2K12: PUTTING YOUR OPPONENT THROUGH A TABLE.
To pick up a table or even to collect from your opponent, press (x). Then if you are planning to win with a splash, press (o) to set your opponent on the table but make sure you have got your opponent beat up. Then make your way up to the rope and hit a splash. OR if you're in position for a signature move, set your opponent to the table {same procedure} and press (∆) for a table finisher.Hope this helps.Phantom
